Demmos is part of the first program granted by EASME (Executive Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises) into agrifood.
In the frame of the call for action Horizon 2020 SME instrument, into the « protein of the futur » category, DEMMOS has been granted and co-financed at 70% for a project estimated at 2,5 M€. The objective is to build the first operational demonstrator of disruptive microwave innovation. The industrial tests aim to prove the added value of this new process.
